  • in this exciting period of growth the role of Operations Manager has been created to manage the daily operation of the business
  • assist in the development of the operations budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality
  • maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer feedback promptly and effectively
