Responsibility
- making phone calls to leads who signed up for a call back
- responding to emails, Facebook or Instagram or other Social Media messages and comments
- attending phone calls from prospective customers
- follow up on the status of the leads when required by contacting them or the Therapists assigned to them
- responding to Facebook or Instagram or other Social Media messages and comments, emails etc
- replying to WhatsApp messages
- trying to sell our services which can be easily sold to customers who have expressed clear interest in these services – over the phone
- trying to book customers for a Free Consultation with one of our consultants for any service you can’t directly sell to customers who have expressed interest in the services of our company – over the phone. These are leads who contacted us
Requirements
- you should be able to confidently and friendly interact with customers while staying cool-headed always
- should have good telephone and email etiquettes
- experience in the Beauty / Cosmetics / Aesthetics Industry
- it will be nice if you have experience in the Beauty / Cosmetics / Aesthetics Industry and or any sales experience
- cold calling Experience
- experience in Telecalling / Making Sales over the phone
- counselling experience over the phone and or in person
- experience in Sales / Customer Service with focus on making or attending phone calls . We could consider freshers who are confident of learning quickly as well
