we also have an active events schedule and are very much looking to grow this side of things with our team
shrub is an independent plant based restaurant in the heart of Chester serving a seasonally driven, mezze and tapas style, small plates menu with Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Asian influences
we are looking to add another member to our kitchen team, Ideally at CDP or Sous level but with consideration to any applicant with the right attitude, hunger and motivation who can bring that enthusiasm to the table
A years’ experience in commercial kitchens is preferred. However, we are looking for applicants with a passion for cooking and serving good food, an interest in the cuisine, a strong work ethic and a can do attitude. Everything else can be taught
at time of writing we are one of the best restaurants now in Chester and any successful applicant will be a part of raising our level and evolving what we offer
