  • we are recruiting for a Customer Supervisor in Oswestry
  • compassion, good communication and organisational skills together with a calm and caring manner are vital for this important role in our company
  • effective implementation of customer assessments, care and support plans, risk assessments and reviews. This role requires you to be part of the emergency on call team on a rota basis. You may also be required to deliver care as part of the role
  • the role is salaried at £24,000pa. The role is full time at 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30– 17:00

Requirements

  • minimum of Level 3 NVQ health and social care
  • care experience required
  • evidence of good teamwork skills
  • excellent communication and written skills
  • competent IT skills
  • confident leadership abilities
  • licenced driver and access to a reliable vehicle
  • confident to work with other professionals such as social workers and district nurses
