- direct communication with customers aiming to resolve commercial enquiries to reach a resolution of all stakeholders
- support with price and service-related reporting for key customers
- work closely with Customer Services, Credit Control, Master Data and wider Sales team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled

- track and coordinate the implementation of annual Price Increases for our customers
