Working hours

Responsibility
- oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- train, lead, and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
- maintain high standards of customer care, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit
- monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimize wastage and maintain adequate supplies
- prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and consistency
- handle cash transactions accurately, reconcile sales at the end of each shift, and ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
- being responsible for close down and lock up procedures
- ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety guidelines, and company policies at all times
Requirements
- previous experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hospitality environment is preferable
- extensive knowledge of beverage operations, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic options
- strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and suppliers
- sound understanding of cash handling procedures and experience managing inventory
- knowledge of licensing regulations and health and safety guidelines within the hospitality industry
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
