- help with the preparation and mixing of ingredients, ensuring adherence to our high-quality standards

- embrace the physical nature of the role, which involves standing for long periods, lifting, and working in a fast-paced environment
- maintain a clean and organized baking environment to ensure optimal efficiency

- assist with packaging and labelling our shortbread creations with attention to detail
Requirements
- A passion for baking and a desire to learn from our experienced team
- previous experience within a Bakery environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
- ability to work quickly and efficiently on repetitive tasks whilst under pressure
- strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of our shortbread delights
- comfort with the physically demanding aspects of working in a fast-paced bakery
- flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet bakery demands
- ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team
