Requirements
- proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar role
- experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- A genuine team player, with an ability to work independently
- strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- strong organisational skills, able to manage your workload and multitask effectively
- highly IT literate
- exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibility
- client Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, understanding their business challenges and ensuring product alignment
- technical Support : Assist clients with product-related enquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with our development team to find solutions
- project Management : Oversee the successful delivery of our solutions to clients, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget
- feedback Loop : Gather client feedback regarding our products and services, advocating internally for product improvements or custom features
- to succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines
- ultimately, the Technical Account Manager’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards
