proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar role
experience in project management, from conception to delivery

exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibility
client Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, understanding their business challenges and ensuring product alignment
technical Support : Assist clients with product-related enquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with our development team to find solutions
project Management : Oversee the successful delivery of our solutions to clients, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget
feedback Loop : Gather client feedback regarding our products and services, advocating internally for product improvements or custom features
to succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines
ultimately, the Technical Account Manager’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards
