Responsibility
- client Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, understanding their business challenges and ensuring product alignment
- technical Support : Assist clients with product-related enquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with our development team to find solutions
- project Management : Oversee the successful delivery of our solutions to clients, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget
- feedback Loop : Gather client feedback regarding our products and services, advocating internally for product improvements or custom features
- to succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines
