Responsibility

  • to provide input & propose improvements to the systems and processes in order to accurately manage the Club’s financial information
  • to provide annual accounts to the Club’s Auditors and liaise with them throughout the annual audit as required
  • to provide financial information including the preparation of annual budgets and accounts for the Annual and Special General Meetings
  • to manage an accurate & up to date Balance Sheet
  • to manage an accurate & up to date Asset Register
  • sales, Purchase & General Ledgers

Requirements

  • proven experience in a financial administration role or similar position in the Golf Industry is preferred
  • strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • experience working with Xero would be advantageous but not essential
  • excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  • experience working with Club V1 & HubSpot is advantageous, but not essential
  • excellent time management skills
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills
  • A relevant qualification in finance or accounting is advantageous but not essential for candidates with significant experience
