we have an exciting vacancy for an experienced Administrator to join us in Loughton
the role will be mainly based in Loughton working on average 40 hours weekly 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
providing support and administrative function to the Director, Service Manager and other Managers
ensuring high quality and compliance of all external & internal documents, processes and procedures and strict deadlines are met
HR Function
this role is full time and would suit an experienced and mature Administrator who can multi task, work under pressure, has great people skills and can work well as part of a team and equally alone
assisting with providing support to our workers
this role is integral to the smooth and efficient operational effectiveness of the organisation and the successful candidate will work closely with the senior management
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
strong administrative experience, ideally within the care and/or education sector
excellent planning and organisational skills
the ability to maintain office policies, procedures and systems to maintain effective working relationships
an even-tempered and patient nature, ability to cope with change and display empathy and warmth when required
full UK Driving Licence with own transport
