Responsibility

  • ensuring we provide a high-quality service
  • oversight of our semi-independent units
  • we are a supported accommodation provider for young people aged 16 to 18 years on Admission, We have 4 semi independent units in the Bury Area
  • we will be looking for the candidate to register with Ofsted as the Service manager and to provide the very best outcomes for young people using our service
  • providing supervision and guidance to our Managers and Team leaders
  • ensuring Notifications are provided to Ofsted as required
  • monthly audits of the service and 6 monthly review of the service and sent to Ofsted
  • ensure the implementation of the Safeguarding Policy
