- ensure that industry knowledge and up-to-date marketing skills are consistently being maintained and developed, and applied to project strategies effectively
- understand and interpret client briefs to formulate sophisticated campaign strategies and project plans, and project requirements
- maintain and update project schedules and assignments on our Project Management System
- manage the project lifecycle to ensure timescales, budgets, and targets remain on track
- monitor and build performance engagement reports for key project stakeholders
- establish good working relations with clients, including Senior stakeholders
- establish regular communication with clients in which Sherpa provides key project status updates and ensures high-quality communication between Sherpa and clients
- monitor the quality of project deliverables
