- the current opening is for an experienced Shopify subject matter expert
- the solutions architect is responsible for gathering requirements from current and potential clients and creating complete scope of work documents based on client requirements
- this role is fully remote, working with a globally hybrid team—both in-office and remote team members
- once the handoff from a sales representative occurs, the solutions architect will oversee the entire client engagement process which includes scheduling calls, keeping the client apprised of the timeline of discovery and engaging cross-functional team members to collaborate on solutions
Requirements
- highly organized
- able to process information and research topics quickly
- excellent written communication skills
- able to have difficult conversations with clients and potential clients when they make unrealistic requests
- occasional domestic and international travel
- 3+ years of experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, and the Shopify ecosystem
