- I am looking for a talented deputy manager to join our team in the hospitality industry
- the ideal candidate will have worked as an assistant/deputy manager in the hotel
- experience in managing significant food and beverage operations and accommodation services
- assist the manager in overseeing the daily operation of the hotel
- small function business and know how to motivate and lead the teams both front and back of the house
- ensure high-quality service is provided to the guest
- manage and train staff members including employment of new staff
- assist with scheduling and payroll
