Responsibility
- exciting Permanent Opportunity: Compliance Manager
- location: Birmingham
- hours: Full-time
- strategic Oversight: Manage the compliance dashboard, analysing MI data to identify and address strategic and conduct risks
- regulatory Approvals: Lead the way in securing regulatory approvals via the FCA Connect system to ensure timely authorizations
- compliance Monitoring: Oversee compliance monitoring projects, conducting regular checks to ensure adherence to initial compliance assessments
- special Projects: Manage various projects, including Audit action items, SM&CR requirements, FCA Directory, and more, ensuring regulatory compliance and control
- stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and support Risk and Compliance Committee meetings, representing the Head of Compliance when needed
