Responsibility

  • to support the warehouse with receipt of deliveries and maintaining stock
  • line management of all company employees including the Business Manager, Customer Service, Logistics, and Warehouse Teams resolving escalations when required
  • manage and resolve customer complaints ensuring full investigation and required actions are implemented as necessary
  • authorising purchase orders whilst focusing on the outgoings of the business to keep the company profitable
  • resolve any issues that are documented, highlighted and communicated by the Business Manager using the appropriate documented procedure
  • complete monthly stock takes and complete amendments or required adjustments
  • ensuring vehicles are booked in for repairs and maintenance when required
