Responsibility
- install, repair, and maintain automatic gates and barriers and other related components
- troubleshoot and repair automatic gates, barriers and access control systems
- maintain records of work performed and equipment repaired or replaced
- perform other duties as assigned
- ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
- must be able to work overtime occasionally as needed
- must be able to operate within a team and individually
Requirements
- minimum 3 years experience of installing, testing, troubleshooting
- experience of multiple makes and models
- troubleshooting and fault finding knowledge and experience
- knowledge of installing IP entry system would be a plus
- electrically Certified
- gate installation NVQ, Gate safe or DHF Qualifications. Preferred but not essential
- electrical: 3 years
