Responsibility
- match, check, and code purchase invoices
- input purchase invoices with relevant nominal codes onto the system
- be the first point of contact for maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and dealing with supplier queries
- set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details on the system
- reconcile supplier statements monthly
- process and control payments via BACS, Direct Debits and Standing Orders
- process staff expenses and credit card statements
- check and process invoices from sub-contractors using the CIS scheme
Requirements
- proven work experience within a Finance Team is essential
- qualifications in the related field are desirable
- knowledge of software package Xero is essential
- knowledge of G Suite office packages is essential
- excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- solid team working skills
- self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
- ability to work to deadlines
