- to assist with all clinic duties as required, including supporting other team members
- to participate in company training programs to help develop skills and knowledge
- meeting, greeting, and entertaining clients
- managing multiple diaries and ensuring the smooth running of all appointments
- making, rescheduling, confirming and cancelling appointments
- processing payments and cash handling
- managing clinic emails
- the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running and maintenance of the Clinic, meeting and greeting clients and handling client enquiries
Requirements
- A passion for skincare and good working knowledge of the beauty and aesthetics industry
- minimum of 2 years required in a similar role within the beauty/aesthetics industry
- excellent customer service skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- exceptional organisation skills
- professional telephone manner
- has a natural sense of logic and problem-solving
- has an interest in learning new skills
