Working hours

Responsibility
- undertake general Grounds Maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, shrub bed maintenance, litter picking and the clearing of leaves
- complete daily / routine checks on equipment and machinery
- complete all necessary recording sheets as per statutory requirements and Shed Grounds Maintenance
- undertake driving duties using a variety of light vehicles and possibly trailers
- to ensure all work carried out in accordance with site specification upon completion
- to work in accordance with Health and Safety and Hygiene Regulations, and to report all accidents
- undertake chemical control e.g., the application of herbicides, using different types of applicators, e.g., knapsack. To be done in accordance with approved procedure and Health and Safety guidelines

- driving licence essential
- PA1/PA6 spraying certificate preferable, but not essential
