Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- handle customer inquiries and provide quotations
- process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery
- generate and issue invoices to customers
- coordinate shipment and logistics activities, including scheduling and tracking deliveries
- maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
- help manage the internal system IFS for international opportunities
- communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- identify and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- familiarity with Incoterms and international trade regulations and logistics procedures preferred
- prior accounting experience/ exposure to accounting would be an asset
- excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination and logistics
