Requirements

  • experience in the HR environment is preferable, but not essential. ·
  • minimum of 5 GCSEs A – C/9-4 or equivalent is essential
  • highly organised with your day to day work but at the same time be flexible in supporting the business
  • be confident in communicating with people face-to-face, on the telephone or by email, and be great at building professional relationships
  • demonstrate good problem solving skills
  • use your initiative appropriately and most importantly be a good multi-tasker
  • administrative: 1 year
  • ability to work under pressure

Responsibility

  • ensuring Firm policy and procedure is adhered to
  • other reasonable duties as required from time to time
  • data preparation for the monthly payroll
  • acting as a first point of contact for general staff queries via telephone or email, including taking calls regarding and recording incidences of sickness absence
