Requirements
experience in the HR environment is preferable, but not essential. ·
minimum of 5 GCSEs A – C/9-4 or equivalent is essential
highly organised with your day to day work but at the same time be flexible in supporting the business
be confident in communicating with people face-to-face, on the telephone or by email, and be great at building professional relationships
demonstrate good problem solving skills
use your initiative appropriately and most importantly be a good multi-tasker
administrative: 1 year
ability to work under pressure
Responsibility
ensuring Firm policy and procedure is adhered to
other reasonable duties as required from time to time
data preparation for the monthly payroll
acting as a first point of contact for general staff queries via telephone or email, including taking calls regarding and recording incidences of sickness absence
