- working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and providing tailored accounting advice
- managing and mentoring a team of junior staff members
- building and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements
- ACCA or ACA qualified with a strong accounting background
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- experience working directly with clients and managing a portfolio of clients
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- experience managing a team of junior staff members
