Responsibility
- collaborate with experienced teachers to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support the curriculum
- provide teaching support in small groups and with individual pupils
- assist in the creation of a positive and stimulating learning environment for nursery-aged children
- supporting independent learning and providing feedback to the teacher
- to assist with the general pastoral care of students
- provide one-on-one support to students, ensuring their individual needs are met
- promote positive values, attitudes, and good pupil behaviour
- meet the personal care needs of the pupils whilst encouraging independence
