Responsibility

  • managing day-to-day sales floor and back-office operations
  • lead the store when Manager is not available
  • ensure racks are fully stocked
  • to act as Duty, carrying out the responsibilities & duties of those roles; whilst
  • ensures Sales Associates are trained in using the cash register
  • ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates
  • recruit and Train new staff and conduct induction
