  • one of the largest Housing Associations in Essex is recruiting for an Enhanced Housing Management Officer to provide a comprehensive housing management service to people living within their supported housing properties across Essex, in order to maintain their independence and support them to maintain their tenancies

Requirements

  • detailed knowledge of housing management and housing legislation
  • experience of effective ASB management
  • experience of managing residents arrears including court action
  • experience of rent collection, recovery and legal action
  • good understanding of financial inclusion
  • due to the nature of clients you will be supporting in this role, you will require an enhanced DBS

  • this is a full time Enhanced Housing Management Officer role, on an initial 12 week contract, working 36 hours per week
