Responsibility
- updating Risk assessments, pathway plans and other reports as necessary
- helping the young people with key life Skills coaching such as paying bills, cleaning, cooking, shopping and budgeting, time management etc
- keyworking Young People
- ensure Unit is considered as outstanding/ good in the eyes of local authorities
- understanding rota compiled by manager and ensuring all shifts are covered
- day to day running of the home ensuring it is kept clean and tidy
- attend team meetings
Requirements
- diploma for Residential Childcare
- diploma Health & Social Care
- diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce
- diploma Youth Work Practice
- certificate in Mediation Theory and Practice
- apprenticeship in childcare
- other qualifications, including a Social Work Degree, will be considered
