Responsibility

  • the Office Administrator will perform clerical and administrative tasks in an efficient and accurate manner
  • they will also provide support to the IT Department by answering questions, assisting with billing inquiries, and assisting with customer service as needed
  • the Office Administrator will work closely with the Executive Director and other staff members to ensure that all duties are completed accurately, timely, and efficiently
  • perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, typing, copying, etc. as needed
  • maintain office supplies inventory according to company guidelines

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
  • high School Diploma or General Education Degree ; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • previous experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred

Requirements

  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
