Responsibility
the Office Administrator will perform clerical and administrative tasks in an efficient and accurate manner
they will also provide support to the IT Department by answering questions, assisting with billing inquiries, and assisting with customer service as needed
the Office Administrator will work closely with the Executive Director and other staff members to ensure that all duties are completed accurately, timely, and efficiently
perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, typing, copying, etc. as needed
maintain office supplies inventory according to company guidelines
Education
GCSE or equivalent
high School Diploma or General Education Degree ; or equivalent combination of education and experience
previous experience in a customer service role preferred
previous experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred
Requirements
customer service: 1 year
administrative experience: 1 year
