- the Sales & Operations Demand Planner will be responsible for the development, approval, quality and accuracy of the unit level forecast for all products under multiple product lines within each Segment
- this role will partner with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver accurate forecasts that represent the best thinking from all key stakeholders
- tracks and analyzes forecast variance / bias and updates forecasts to continually improve forecast accuracy
- responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Company's Management System
- responsible for producing accurate demand forecasts for all products under multiple product lines
- monitor supplier performance and work toward supplier lead time reduction
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in business, industrial management, supply chain or other relevant fields
- 5 years’ experience in a demand planning, supply chain management, inventory management, manufacturing roles
- good understanding of supply chain best practices and procedures
- strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with associates at all levels
- display impeccable time-management, detail oriented and a high level of accuracy
- able to work independently or as part of a team
- possess the collaboration and communication skills to be effective in multi-regional or global settings
