SGA Technologies has been designing and manufacturing high quality hermetic components and offering specialist plating services in the UK since 1969
we have around 85 employees and are continuing to grow each year
our engineers are key members of the production team, having expertise in hermetic sealing and plating technology
due to a recent opening in our engineering team, we now wish to appoint a graduate engineer

● Producing, updating, and maintaining technical data including, technical reports, change notifications, specification documents and test procedures

Requirements
good analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, coupled with the drive to learn
good communications skills, both verbal and written
solid knowledge of material properties
experience with Cad with the ability to interpret technical drawings and tolerancing
strong aptitude for hands -on engineering
obtained, or be predicted to obtain, minimum 2.2 in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Material Science or Manufacturing engineering
passionate about solving complex technical problems and learn on the job
self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited supervision, but also the ability to work well in a team and recognise the requirements for seeking help and or guidance
