Responsibility
- 1] To provide the receptionist with accurate details of the services provided to your clients
- 2] To ensure that the working environment is kept clean and tidy at all times
- 6] To perform consultations and provide a professional opinion to your clients during each service
- 8] Attend at least three hair shows per annum
- 9] Attend all product companies Demonstrations/Seminars
- 3] To ensure that your work relating to general hairdressing e.g. relaxing/cutting hair etc, is carried out to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 Standard
- to provide a complete hair care service for clients, including consultation, hairdressing and aftercare advice. Ensuring full and accurate information about clients’ hair, scalp etc, is recorded on file. To be directed and supervised by Stylist
- 4] To ensure your personality/attitude to clients is positive and approachable to reflect the service industry that you are working in e.g. greeting clients, taking an interest in them generally and making them feel welcome and relaxed
