Responsibility
- supporting children to spend time with family members in a safe space by observing and supervising contact
- supporting with handovers and supported contact
- recording contact and reporting what has been observed
- working in child focused way
- being able to assess risks and escalate issues appropriately and prioritising the safety of children
- supporting children at the centre and also in the community
- working in professional manner at all times and providing consistent service with caring attitude
Requirements
- previous experience in a call center environment preferred
- previous experience of work as contact supervisor prefered
- willingness to learn and work in child focused way
- must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- available some saturday and some Sundays
