fabricate components using cutting, grinding, fitting, and finishing techniques
ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards through proper technique and inspection
set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment and tools
collaborate with engineers and team members to meet project specifications and deadlines
follow strict safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements
certified TIG welder ; AWS or equivalent certifications are a plus
minimum 2–5 years of TIG welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
