Working hours

Responsibility
- assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing CV's, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating new employee orientation
- maintaining and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- coordinating employee benefits and leave administration, answering employee inquiries and providing guidance as needed
- assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry best practices
- supporting employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate solutions
- collaborating with management to identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant professional development opportunities
- staying up to date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR processes
Requirements
- we are looking to speak with individuals who are well organised and have excellent communication skills
- you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Advisory role along with a CIPD qualification
- you must have an approachable and positive manner while being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- this role will be 22.5 hours per week
