- responsible for maintaining accurate employee data on Workday
- creation, execution and implementation of the strategic plan for each asset in line with its placemaking vision. Ensure the plan is delivered in line with the expectations of all stakeholders
- take a lead on advising and supporting managers in employee relations and performance management cases including drafting settlement agreements, disciplinary, redundancy, grievance processes and TUPE activity
- supporting the Investment team with the transaction process of sales and acquisitions for the assets
- co-deliver training to line managers on people related topics. e.g., best practice talent acquisition, performance planning workshops, one-to-one technical training sessions such as on using workday etc
- collaborate with the relevant internal expertise to curate and deliver attractive, vibrant and distinct places that complement brand partners and attract footfall from target guest groups

- provide accurate and professional responses to internal and external people queries
- proactive management of sickness absence cases, recording and reporting on leave of absences, including occupational health referrals, supporting and advising line managers and if required, transitioning employees onto our Group Income Protection scheme

- full collaboration with internal stakeholders and supporting divisions including Brand Account Management, Commercial Finance, Investment, Development, Marketing, CPI and Operations
- provide data and first level insight into themes and trends for the business unit from various sources such as Workday, Exit Interviews
- approving and requesting PO’s and approving invoice
- act as ESG ambassador for Myo championing our ESG goals and bringing members along on the journey
Requirements
- essential criteria
- relevant degree qualification or equivalent
- experience of working in an People role, dealing effectively with a range of different queries and responding to requests for information

- ability to demonstrate an up to date working knowledge of employment law
- successful track record operating in a commercial environment
