managing our digital learner journey platform
administer all booking, travel, accommodation and technical requirements in terms of the setup of any IT infrastructure required
contributing in assigned internal meetings and any customer specific meetings deemed necessary and appropriate
timely preparation, production and dispatch of all relevant documentation across a programme/ project lifecycle in line with our pre-delivery, delivery and post-delivery processes (I.e
course/event materials or reports, running boards, trainer guides, hand-outs, workbooks, certificates, course assessments, flipchart notes, delegate follow up packs and so on), ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of content
competently deal with inbound and outbound telephone calls
other general project support administration as required
promoting a strong customer experience ethos by ensuring all requests and customer queries are handled accurately and within a timely manner and that the customer and other key stakeholders are kept informed of progress, and any potential issues are escalated as appropriate to ensure projects remain on schedule throughout
