Responsibility

  • managing our digital learner journey platform
  • administer all booking, travel, accommodation and technical requirements in terms of the setup of any IT infrastructure required
  • contributing in assigned internal meetings and any customer specific meetings deemed necessary and appropriate
  • timely preparation, production and dispatch of all relevant documentation across a programme/ project lifecycle in line with our pre-delivery, delivery and post-delivery processes (I.e
  • course/event materials or reports, running boards, trainer guides, hand-outs, workbooks, certificates, course assessments, flipchart notes, delegate follow up packs and so on), ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of content
  • competently deal with inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • other general project support administration as required
  • promoting a strong customer experience ethos by ensuring all requests and customer queries are handled accurately and within a timely manner and that the customer and other key stakeholders are kept informed of progress, and any potential issues are escalated as appropriate to ensure projects remain on schedule throughout
