Responsibility

  • overseeing all aspects of logistics, ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials from suppliers to clients
  • requesting for quotations from shipping and trucking companies
  • dealing with all shipping related queries over email and telephone
  • managing orders and coordinating stock of materials and equipment
  • processing all customs paperwork and shipping documentation
  • providing general administrative support to the team at all times
  • providing accurate shipping instructions and coordinating all freight, optimizing routings for cost savings
  • any other office duties required on an ad hoc basis
