Responsibility

  • undertake care proceedings within the court, both private and public
  • initiate and complete within court timescales and achieve permanency plans for children including adoption
  • undertake comprehensive assessments including parenting assessments in a timely way to inform development of outcome focused care plans with Children and their Families
  • understand and respond to complexity of risks and are required to evidence on records, including providing analysis of their interventions with children and families
  • attendance at meetings as required

Requirements

  • qualifications: Qualification in Social Work
  • experience: 2+ years working in a similar role
  • experience: 2+ years working within a similar role
  • compliance: Up to date DBS/SWE Registration
  • compliance: Current DBS check
  • travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently
  • hours: 37 hours p/w
