- greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's computer system
- keep abreast knowledge of all products & services, ranging from daily events, services and facilities available, and marketing and promotional activities
- answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- maintain a positive relationship with guests and colleagues by meeting and exceeding their expectations
- provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- assist guests with general enquiries, providing accurate and detailed information
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
