  • scheduling mid-term inspections with tenants, ensuring they are booked within good time of the inspection due date

  • hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • produce inspection reports via our software; Inventory Base

Requirements

  • ▪ Previous experience working with all generalist Microsoft packages
  • ▪ Previous experience in a customer facing role beneficial but not essential
  • ▪ Exceptional service standards and communications essential
  • ▪ Exceptional organizational skills and diary management
  • ▪ Excellent time keeping
  • ▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
