Responsibility

  • organise and schedule vehicles for on-site projects, working with the Project Managers to ensure timings are correct
  • to manage vehicle bookings for projects
  • prepare documentation such as carnets for any vehicles that need to travel abroad
  • to support with documentation for imports and exports where required
  • liaise with the Operations Manager regarding vehicle load schedules
  • to support the Operations team with crew booking & orders
  • check availability and book crew for on-site builds and de-rigs, entering availability to the shared company schedule
  • to be a key contact between the Operations and Workshop teams for orders, stock levels etc
