Responsibility
- role Title: HVAC Refrigeration Engineer
- reporting to: HVAC Operations Manager
- compiling reports on site using company equipment along with keeping paperwork, documentation, reports and timesheets up to date
- resolving customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
