- to identify and develop new commercial relationships and contract opportunities with new clients
Requirements
- SIA Door Supervisor licence holder
- minimum IOSH Working Safely
- leadership and Management qualification
- previous experience managing on a regional basic with multi-customer contract delivery for static security
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- highly organised
- good team player and able to engage with staff at all levels
- able to deal with a wide range of staff, internally and externally
