Requirements
- proven team leadership experience
- good cross functional communication skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail - ability to manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
- experience with engineering & re-engineering processes, applying project management methodologies and developing release schedules
- excellent problem-solving skills
