Requirements
proven team leadership experience
good cross functional communication skills
strong organizational skills and attention to detail - ability to manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
experience with engineering & re-engineering processes, applying project management methodologies and developing release schedules
excellent problem-solving skills
minimum Qualifications
the ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for extended periods without loss or reduction of productivity
