  • proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • strong understanding of spatial design, color theory, materials, and industry trends
  • excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and multitasking
  • effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage with clients and project teams
  • proven track record of developing technical packages for large and complex high end projects
