handling queries through the use of inbound calls and omnichannel support
managing and investigating any complaints raised by our customers aiming resolve issues
collaborating with our Network Partners and Customers to confirm order details before delivery
support the business in exceptional service to the customer from the very first interaction
liaising with customers to offer alternatives if requested products are not available
responding to customer feedback on review sites and social media platforms
as a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for the monitoring and coordinating of customer bookings with our established network of partners, supporting both in benefitting from Service Supply Network
providing excellent customer service at every point
Requirements
