- A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service apprenticeship with Service Certainty™
- they are looking for an apprentice to join their workplace in the Customer Service team
- duties to include
- to answer the telephone in a polite and professional manner and ensure the prompt resolution of customer queries
- to call photographers and offer available assignments
- to respond to email enquiries from all inboxes
- to understand the image requirements set by each customer
- carry out QC checks in accordance with assignment type
