Responsibility
- prepare weekly reports on stock issues and stock accuracy
- assist Logistics function with stock audits and data collection
- support continuous improvement activities towards improved stock control and accuracy
- analyse >14-day BOP held in the stores and support reduction exercises in order to reduce costs
- support run out control and end of life parts to ensure zero obsolescence
- work with manufacturing team leaders to monitor / adjust weld shop WIP stocks
- analyse aged stock held in hired packaging for an extended period and highlight as necessary to the team in order to action and reduce costs
- to investigate stock losses / scanning issues and provide data as and when required
