  • the ability to act decisively and solve staff, parts or equipment-related problems
  • the capacity to grasp complex concepts easily
  • knowledge of CAD lite would be an advantage
  • the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers and clients
  • the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • ideally, you will have experience in a similar related industry. You will be based on one site but will be responsible for operations in several locations
  • leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines
