SENSUM RECRUITMENT is looking for employees for positions:

residential support worker

  • residential support worker

Working hours

  • temporary

Responsibility

  • to work along side core staffing teams, providing child centred care
  • ensuring that each child’s physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • support with basic life skills and day-to-day activities in the home and wider community
  • maintain clear and consistent boundaries
  • follow care plans and Positive Behaviour Support plans
  • report any concerns to a Senior member of staff
  • play an active part in everyday life including household duties, school runs, appointments, and extra-curricular activities

Requirements

  • hold a Full UK Driving Licence
  • experience of working with or supporting vulnerable children and young people
  • residential Childcare: 1 year
  • support Environment: 1 year
