Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and polite manner whilst building relationships with our customers
- resolving issues over the phone, via our email ticketing system, or via remote connectivity
- active Directory user maintenance
- new starter set up and user removal
- outlook and database amendments
- hardware support including Desktops, printers, phones, docks and copiers
- troubleshooting network and applications issues
- VOIP systems maintenance and configuration
Requirements
- experience within a Technical Support or helpdesk role
- azure and Microsoft 365 experience
- excellent communication skills, comfortable with liaising with all levels of users
- windows 10 and Active Directory experience
- self-starter and excellent time management skills, we are looking for someone who works well under their own management
- possesses the confidence and enthusiasm to learn and adapt quickly
- must possess a full UK driving license
- ability to learn various processes and maintain accuracy at all times
